Ardenne Aventures was born in 2009 with the takeover of two kayak companies in La Roche-en-Ardenne.

And that's when the troubles began. In 14 years of operation, we have only experienced 4 years where our clients could kayak without interruption. This is due to the increasing frequency of drought periods over the past decade, not to mention the 2021 floods! Directly impacted in its core business by climate change, Ardenne Aventures has since continually expanded its offerings. And it’s not for lack of ideas from the two founders.

Among the latest achievements are the opening of the Adventure Park in 2016, followed by the takeover of the Brasserie “Le Nulay” in 2017.

In 2018, we launched FunRparc, the largest inflatable park in Belgium, catering to children, teenagers, and adults. Unfortunately, this park was lost during the 2021 floods.

New attractions, along with the La Roche and broader Ardennes setting, attract many tourists each season.

The managers of Ardenne Aventures, always in search of new ideas, also installed an ice rink during the winter of 2019-2020, where they organized a friendly curling tournament that was a great success.

The company also works with other organizations and offers Wildcraft and La Roche Discovery.

For a few seasons now, there has also been N’Ice Roche, the sandwich shop/candy store.

The exploration game "La Roche Mystery," which allows discovering La Roche in a fun way.

And for 2025, the biggest challenge... The "Domaine Roche et Beau Bois". In the heart of downtown La Roche-en-Ardenne, on the hill of the place called "Chession de Harzé," there will be 14 contemporary cabins for 2-4 and 8 people. Perfectly in harmony with the landscape and nature, designed ecologically with wood, cork, and green roofs. The first ones should be ready by 2024, and we hope to complete this magnificent project by summer 2025.
